About the Role
As Talent & People Partner, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer and play a key role in shaping how Alipes grows. We are scaling quickly and still under 100 people, which means there’s a unique opportunity to make a visible impact while building the foundations of our People function.
Your work will span the entire talent lifecycle: talent attraction, managing recruitment processes, providing an excellent candidate experience, coordinating a seamless onboarding and supporting retention and wellbeing initiatives. You’ll balance hands-on execution with project ownership, helping us scale not only fast, but well.
What you'll be doing
Talent Attraction & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ATS management (Teamtailor), interview coordination, candidate communications, partnering with hiring teams and managing external recruiter relationships
Partner with universities and coordinate recruitment events to strengthen our talent pipeline and employer brand
Onboarding
Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding journey for new hires
People Operations
Maintain and optimize our People systems (Teamtailor and Aboard), with a focus on automation, efficiency, and data accuracy
Support People & Culture projects around performance management, compensation, and retention initiatives
Culture and Events
Plan and coordinate social, cultural, and wellness events
About You
1–3 years of experience in an HR, People Ops, or Recruitment role (ideally in Tech or working with technical teams)
Tech and product savvy, data-driven, excited about using systems and automating processes.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail—you’re reliable, thorough, and proactive
People skills—curious, relationship builder and able to manage stakeholders
Adaptable and flexible—you thrive in a fast-growing environment
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Success in This Role Means

Leading impactful projects that support attraction, hiring, onboarding, and retention of top talent
